01. PU Acrylic Sealer (FPU 321)

This acrylic primer is enriched with exceptional non-yellowing properties, it is characterized by high transparency and covering power if compared with common acrylic sealers. It can thus be used also on dark colors, it is suited for closed and open pore structures. Very good drying times.

APPLICATION METHOD
By Spray and curtain coater

EXPENDITURE

80-120 g/sm on one to three layers

DRYNG TIME

DRYING: at 20°C:
• Flash off in 15 minutes;
• Touch dry in 40 minutes;
• Stacking in 2 hours at least

STORAGE
Keep in fresh and well ventilated places; do not exceed 25°-28°C. Polyisocianic catalysts should always be kept dry; if partially used, re-seal the packaging perfectly and use the remaining product within a short period of time.

02.PU Acrylic Dead Matt (OPU400)

This is an acrylic self sealer which gives to the handwork a natural aspect (not painted), maintaining an Excellent scratch resistance, an excellent sandability and a good pore cut. The product not only is non-yellowing but it also contains u.V. Filters to limit the change of colour of the wood. It can be applied over itself or over acrylic base coats (already sanded); in case of cycles with putties or over Uv products please contact our laboratory.

03. PU Acrylic Matt (OPU79G10)

It’s a series characterised by excellent resistance to yellowing, very good transparency and surface hardness. It is recommended for open- and closed pore structures on light or light shaded woods. It has high resistance towards spots and detergents.

• Stackable in 5 hours

STORAGE
Store in cool, well ventilated places. The components react with atmospheric moisture. Please close the can properly if not finished. The storage period is 12 months in original sealed packaging.

04. PU Acrylic Ultra High Gloss (LPU001)

LPU001this Is An Acrylic Glossy Topcoat Characterised By An Excellent Spreading, Optimal Filling Power And Brightness. Also The Hardness Of The Surface And The Resistance To Yellowing Are Remarkable. It Can Be Easily Applied Both By Spray And Electrostatic System, Preferably Over Polyester Base Coat Properly Sanded.

SUGGESTED CYCLE

• CTE5000 series stain – 90-100 g/sqm –
• FPI35S06/CT20/DPU809 – 1:1 mixing ratio – 80-90 g/sqm
• PCV2019/AP2/CP2/LZ1000- 100:2:2 mixing ratio – 150-180   g/sqm
• PCV2019/AP2/CP2/LZC1000- 100:2:2 mixing ratio –   150-180 g/sqm
• Sanding after overnight
• LPU001/CTN52/DPU809 – 2:1 mixing ratio – 100-140 g/sqm
• Buffing after 48-72 hours
• Stacking after 48 hours

05. PU Acrylic High Gloss (VOPU79)

This is an acrylic binding agent used to modify the mat level of acrylic mat top-coats. It’s a product characterised by an excellent yellowing resistance (thanks to uv filters), a good surface hardness and a good pore-cut. It can be applied both by spray and curtain. Hardeners are indicated as mutual alternatives according to the following indications:
• ctn52 – gives the best yellowing resistance.
